Chinese Coleslaw

1 pkg coleslaw
1 bunch of green onions
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. toasted almond slivers
1 pkg beef ramen noodles-crumbled

Mix together little packet from the noodles,
1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. oil.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix.

Easy and yummy!

I made this for my grandson's first birthday party. I sent my dh to the store for more almonds becuase I burned the first batch! It took him several stores before he found them and arrived home 2 1/2 hours later! I was so frantic that I left out the oil in the dressing. Gack. Maybe next time I'll get it right. My mother and my husband were the only ones nice or brave enough to eat the salad. Good thing there was plenty of other food to eat.
