Strawberry Spinach Salad

1 pound fresh spinach
1 pint strawberries
1/2 C. pecans, browned
1 1/2 T. butter

Dressing:
1/3 C. red wine vinegar
1 t. salt
1/2 C. oil
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 T. poppy seeds
1 1/2 t. minced onion

This is fresh and delish!

I make a very similar version although it has a lemon poppyseed dressing and toasted slivered almonds. I guess you would just exchange the vinegar for fresh lemon juice (I also grate in some zest). I absolutely love the sweet and tart along with the crunch!
